Zumba® Gold (Beginner Zumba) has arrived in the Twin City Area!
I found a location so we are ready to roll
Classes will be on Tuedays
( first class is November 6th)
6pm (30 minute class)
Eastport school gym
This class will be a mix of standing or sitting
Start sitting and work up to standing!!
COME ON LET'S MOVE IT MOVE IT!!! ☺
If you or someone you know have been waiting for a lower impact/ lower intensity class this is for YOU!!
